Where you'll work Welcome to our beautiful East Sussex care home, close to Crowborough town centre and the stunning South Downs. Heather View is a purpose-built, modern care home, with a dedicated and experienced team providing the best in residential, nursing, dementia andrespite carefor older people. We help each resident, whatever their needs, to lead an active, independent and fulfilling life. Our care teams are experts in caring for older people with all kinds of needs, and enjoy working with families to get to understand each resident very well. Once we know residents life stories, interests, likes and dislikes we create a care plan for them thats entirely personalised to their needs, interests and abilities. Our ability to provide a full range of care services enables us to adapt to a residents changing care needs so that they can continue to enjoy genuine quality of life throughout their time with us.
