As a Care Assistant, you must:

Be over the age of 18 to apply Have the right to work in the UK. Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship. Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

The duties of a Healthcare Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
