*£26,450.00 - £27,250.00 per year*
*Hours: Full Time - Mon -Fri 8.30 -5.30 and then week 2 Mon-Thur plus Sunday on call. A driver essential and a major asset to live in or near the Borough of Kingston upon Thames.*
Closely working in a team of coordinators and a Field Care Supervisor to support 55 Care staff and 85 clients. This role will see you scheduling calls to clients and ensuring accuracy in staff rotas to ensure all calls are covered.
Experience with recruitment or marketing would be a major advantage to be able to hit the ground running in either of these areas. A real opportunity to take hold of important parts of the business.

Working as a Care Coordinator demands excellent time management, good administration and IT skills plus pleasant telephone manner. Experience of the Access People Planner Roster system and Access Care Planning, would also be an asset.
