In 1995 Lifeways opened its first location for people with complex needs. Over 25 years later and we’ve grown to become the UK’s largest supported living specialist and are proud to help almost 5,000 people to live more fulfilling, independent lives.

As an organisation we provide support every day of the year, our roles will therefore involve working both weekdays and weekends. Our Support Worker opportunity in Harwich involves working 8 hour shifts either on an early or late shift pattern, hours of work will fall between 07:30am-10:00pm.
