We are currently looking for a Care Team Leader to join our dedicated care team in a friendly and supportive care home environment.

Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour

Location: High Wycombe, HP10

️ Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – essential

*

Previous experience in a senior care role – essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

A caring, professional, and proactive attitude

As Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting junior staff, overseeing care delivery, and ensuring high standards of care and safety for all residents.
