Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to each clients individual needs Support daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility Assist with light household tasks and offer meaningful companionship Encourage independence and support clients in making their own choices Maintain a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment Communicate effectively with team members, care coordinators, and external professionals Keep accurate records and documentation of care provided About You: Were looking for individuals who are: Patient, calm, and empathetic Adaptable to new environments and care situations Committed, dependable, and passionate about providing quality care Comfortable working one-on-one with clients Weekend shifts Experience in care is essential however full training and support are provided.
