Health & Social Care qualifications As a care worker your responsibilities may include some support with personal care needs and preparing meals, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. No two days will be the same! Our service users are individuals, and all deserve to be treated as such. Working in care can be flexible, as your hours are usually based on shift patterns, so a work/life balance that suits you is achievable.
