As a Relief Support Worker in our service, you will support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and take part in everyday life. Working flexibly to cover shifts when required, you will help maintain consistent support across the service. Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal routines Encouraging independence and supporting life skills development Supporting individuals with meals, household tasks and wellbeing Supporting individuals to access community activities and opportunities Supporting a safe and inclusive environment You will be reliable and compassionate, with a genuine interest in supporting individuals to live independently. You will understand the importance of respectful, person centred support. Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided. Basic IT skills are required for completing records and training. You will be willing to work towards an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care if you do not already hold this qualification.
