Barker Ross is recruiting for a Caretaker for one of our clients' based in Oxted (RH8). Our client is a community-facing, people-first business that delivers, manages and maintains communities and places - including multi-tenure housing, schools, open spaces, public and private buildings, retail schemes, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, utilities and broadband networks. Location : Oxted, RH8 Payrate: £14/h weekly pay Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday Start: 12th August 2025 Duties: - Carrying out general maintanance an repairs, including basic plumbing - Ensuring the areas responsible for are maintaned to high standards. -Supervising the on site cleaning operative. - Carrying out building checks and reporting to management. - Ensuring Complience with relevant statutury reqirments, inculding Health and Safety.
