*Job Summary* We are seeking a carpenter/improver who is looking to further there career carpentry and general building, to join our small well established building company based in East Anglia. The ideal candidate should have an hugger learn new skills. This role involves working on diverse projects such as roofing, carpentry, joinery and masonry. The successful applicant will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades, ensuring safety and efficiency on site. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. *Responsibilities* * Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment. * Perform carpentry and joinery tasks with precision to meet project specifications. * Assist with roofing installation and repairs, ensuring durability and safety standards are met. * Use hand tools effectively for detailed assembly work or repairs. * Maintain a clean and organised work environment adhering to health and safety regulations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in, carpentry, joinery, roofing, and masonry work. * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction trades. * Knowledge of construction techniques is desirable. * Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction trades are advantageous but not essential.
