We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every project. Applicants should possess a strong background in carpentry and fabrication, with a keen eye for detail and quality. Duties Fabricate cabinets and furniture components according to detailed specifications and drawings Assemble cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, and joinery techniques Operate various woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Measure, cut, shape, and finish wood materials with precision Perform installation of cabinets on-site, ensuring proper fit and finish Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet design requirements Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure standards are met Experience Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, or cabinet making Proficiency in using hand tools such as chisels, saws, drills, and screwdrivers Experience with power tools including routers, sanders, and drills Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques for woodwork and cabinetry Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately Experience with roofing, plumbing, masonry or electrical work is advantageous but not essential Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during manufacturing or installation tasks This position requires applicants to demonstrate organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
