Catering Manager Monday - Friday, 6am - 2.30pm - Flexibility required. Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager with a culinary background to lead the day-to-day catering operations at our site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality background who enjoys managing teams, delivering high-quality food service, and building positive client relationships. The successful candidate will oversee operational standards, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, manage stock and ordering, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage daily catering operations and ensure smooth service delivery Assist head chef in the kitchen on occasion Lead, support, and motivate the catering team Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance Manage stock, ordering, and waste control Monitor financial performance including GP and cost control Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Experience & Skills Required 1-3 years’ experience in catering or hospitality at management level Experience in contract catering or large-scale catering environments preferred Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational standards Basic financial awareness including ordering, stock control, waste management, and GP Excellent customer service and people management skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work Opportunity to lead a team in a well-established catering operation Supportive working environment with opportunities for development If you are an organised and enthusiastic catering professional ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
