Our work isn't just a job; it's a commitment to making a difference.\nCentral Location: Our opportunities are based at a head office location in the heart of Manchester, providing you with a convenient and accessible workplace.Your Role:\n\nAs a Full Time Agent on our Funeral Care department, you will:\n\nProvide Compassionate Support: Offer empathy, understanding, and a caring presence to individuals and families during their time of need.\nDeliver Exceptional Customer Service: Utilize your strong customer service skills to assist clients with funeral arrangements, inquiries, and support.\nCollaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside a dedicated team that values empathy, respect, and professionalism.Your Responsibilities:\n\nProvide professional and regulated customer service to clients regarding funeral plans.\nEnsure FCA compliance in all customer interactions.\nHandle sensitive customer data in accordance with Data Protection regulations.\nAssist clients with inquiries, policy details, and plan management.What We're Looking For:\n\nFCA-Regulated Experience: Candidates must have previous experience working in a financial services or FCA-regulated role.\nCustomer Service Background: Experience in a call centre or customer service environment.\nStrong Compliance Awareness: Understanding of FCA guidelines and Data Protection regulations.\nEmpathy & Professionalism: Ability to support customers during sensitive conversations.
