Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £500 per week! Balanced Schedule : We have a shift pattern of working: 2 x 06.00am – 14.00pm and then 2 x 14.00pm – 22.00pm. Monday to Friday. The job description Responsibility for leading the Cell (packing/process) to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Shift Leaders. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems. Enhancing the group mission, vision and value as set out in the Code of conduct behaviours. Responsibilities FINANCIAL · Factory variances and overheads · Commercial awareness of actions of Staff · Optimum staffing levels needed to run the Unit efficiently and deliver the strategic profit & improvement plans Duties Include Push clean as you go – cell leader required to be more hands on · Take ownership to make sure all the paperwork is filled out correctly · Make sure 5S and the KPI board are all up to date and being used to drive performance/achieve targets . Be more autonomous in their decision making, be more proactive · Be responsible for product quality and standards · Better communication between other cell leaders (top/bottom) and shift leaders · Adhere to agreed manning standards · Always follow Moy Park H&S policies · Ensure their area is adhering to the company hygiene standards · More of a can do attitude · Recognise any training needs that are required · Make sure the lines start up immediately at the start of the shift · Report any issues with Innova immediately, do not ignore · Report any individual performance issues to you shift leader. · Always be ready to bulk in case of any breakdown's issues with the bagger/MDCW or the X-ray machine · Responsible for all stocks to be scanned onto the Innova system · To fully comply with the company behaviour polices and values If you would like further details on this vacancy please call or text the recruitment team on : 07484 902853
