Seeking a Certification / Compliance Coordinator to ensure the documentation and compliance processes are followed correctly and to the agreed customer and industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing certification and compliance documents for precision engineered products
- Coordinating timely and accurate submissions across internal teams
- Supporting audits and inspections — both internal and customer-facing
- Staying ahead of changing quality standards and industry regulations
- Driving process improvements and helping teams work smarter
What's on offer as a Certification Coordinator:
- c£32k - £40k (DOE)
- 26 days holiday (rising with service) + 8 statutory days
- Death in Service benefit
- A secure, stable role in a well-established, quality-focused engineering business
We're looking for:
- A sharp eye for detail and a methodical, process-driven mindset
- Experience with certification, documentation, or compliance in engineering or manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of materials or metallurgy would be highly advantageous
