This is an autonomous, mostly-remote Chartered Building Surveyor position where youll take full ownership of a varied portfolio across commercial and residential properties (with some exposure to industrial work), covering both professional services and project delivery. Day to day youll be leading inspections and surveys, producing high-quality reports, diagnosing defects, handling dilapidations work, managing party wall matters, and delivering contract administration on refurbishments and fit-out / improvement projects, while coordinating contractors and consultants and acting as the main point of contact for clients from instruction through to close-out. The role suits an MRICS surveyor who can run work independently, manage stakeholder relationships confidently, and is happy to travel across London and the South with a weekly touchpoint in West Malling.
