Job Description As a Line Manager you will share your skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours with less experienced members of the team. Your role is to improve standards in areas under your control while continuing to excel in your primary role.

Skills and experience

Professionally qualified and chartered with RIBA, CIAT, RICS, APS or similar.
Anticipated 10 years post qualification experience, with an appropriate level of that gained in a UK-based architectural or surveying practice.
Experience in winning work and growing the business
High-level expertise in one or more sectors
Excellent knowledge management and communication skills
Understand the domain and context in which AHR operates, with the ability to contribute positively to its continued success.
Routine use of new form a Project Centre form an aging email, creating, issuing and preserving record documents and sharing files.
Proven ability to plan, organise manage and effectively lead projects and project teams
The ability to address the quality aspect of AHR's service provision and to provide alternative solutions where risk or improvement become considerations
Excellent people management skills, including motivating, mentoring and performance management.
