They are now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with a project focus to join their London office, working flexibly in a hybrid setup.

What you’ll be doing

*

Delivering refurbishment and project work from feasibility through to completion

*

Acting as Contract Administrator and leading projects on site

*

Producing specifications, schedules of work and project reports

*

Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors

*

Managing your own workload with support from senior colleagues

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

*

Strong project delivery experience within a consultancy environment

*

Confident, organised and client-facing

*

Comfortable running projects independently while being part of a team

*

AutoCAD experience helpful but not essential
