Chartered Building Surveyor

£45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus

This is a permanent, full-time appointment with a hybrid working pattern (3/2). The role sits within a growing consultancy and provides a varied workload across project and professional Building Surveying instructions.

Responsibilities

* Deliver a broad range of Building Surveying services across multiple sectors

* Undertake contract administration and project management duties

* Support professional instructions including dilapidations, Party Wall matters and defect inspections

* Assist with design and planning-related tasks

* Contribute to projects typically up to £3 million in value

✅ Requirements

* RICS-accredited degree or equivalent

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Experience across both project and professional Building Surveying work

* Strong technical capability with clear written and verbal communication skills

* £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
