Key Responsibilities
As a Chartered Building Surveyor at ECS, you will take ownership of a variety of projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Condition Surveys : Undertake comprehensive building condition surveys and site inspections across a range of education properties, identifying necessary repairs, life cycle issues, and potential risks.
Specification & Reporting : Prepare clear, technically accurate specifications, schedules of work, and feasibility reports in line with client briefs and funding criteria.
Funding Applications : Lead on the preparation and submission capital funding bids, using your technical insight to strengthen each case and improve success rates.
