An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established and growing team in London , working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects .

This role would suit a Chartered Surveyor or professionally qualified individual (MCIOB, MRICS, MCABE) looking to develop their career within a supportive, tight-knit environment with strong leadership and clear progression opportunities.

The Role You will be involved in a full range of building surveying services , working across both project and professional instructions , including:
Delivery of commercial and residential projects
Condition surveys, reports, and inspections
Project management and contract administration
Dilapidations and general professional work
Collaboration with external partners, including Archco

About You Chartered or professionally qualified (MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE) or working towards
