About the Role They are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join their Professional Services team. This role will focus on delivering RICS Red Book valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, and negotiation-led advisory work, acting for a wide range of clients including landlords, investors, lenders, and occupiers. This is an opportunity to join a growing platform with strong deal flow, where you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the Professional Services offering. Key Responsibilities Undertaking RICS Red Book compliant valuations (secured lending, portfolio, asset management and advisory) Acting on lease renewals (Landlord & Tenant Act 1954) Advising on and negotiating rent reviews Delivering landlord and tenant advisory services Leading commercial negotiations on behalf of clients Preparing high-quality valuation reports and professional advice documentation Supporting agency and investment teams with valuation and strategic input Building and maintaining strong client relationships Contributing to business development and fee generation Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: MRICS qualification (essential) Post-qualification experience in commercial property Strong track record in Red Book valuations Proven experience in lease renewals and rent reviews Strong negotiation and advisory capability Excellent report writing and analytical skills Good knowledge of the Bedfordshire / Milton Keynes market (preferred) What We Offer Highly competitive market salary (with upside based on performance and billing) Optional consultancy / fee-share structure for experienced individuals Access to a strong pipeline of valuation and professional work Opportunity to build and grow a professional services client base A modern, well-resourced platform with strong operational and marketing support Clear route to senior leadership and equity participation for the right candidate
