Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking for a great role in a quality country pub? Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a busy, popular country pub located close to Corby, Northamptonshire — a welcoming kitchen where great food, fresh ingredients and a positive team culture go hand in hand.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside the Head Chef, taking ownership of your section and helping to produce consistently high-quality pub classics through daily prep and service. The pub regularly serves 40–50 covers using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and you’ll be trained across all sections depending on your experience. Your contribution as Chef de Partie will be key to keeping standards high every single service.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who is friendly, talented and able to keep cool under pressure. You’ll be well organised, understand the importance of good teamwork, and have a real passion for cooking fresh food.
Live-in accommodation is available, making this perfect for chefs looking to relocate — or it suits candidates near Corby, Uppingham, Duddington, Oakham, Market Harborough or Stamford.
