Chef De Partie - Exciting New Opening restaurant - London 45k OTE Salary- £45,000 OTE inclusive of base salary and tronc Also hiring Commis chef- 39k, Demi CDP- 40-42k, Junior Sous Chef- 50k Shifts- 2 singles and 3 doubles to start with Closed Monday and Tuesday and Sunday evenings THIS IS AN EXCITING NEW RESTAURANT BY A MULTI MICHELIN CHEF/OWNER Role Overview The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen with precision, consistency, and culinary integrity. Youll work closely with the senior kitchen team to uphold the restaurants standards while mentoring junior colleagues and continually developing your own technical skill set. Oversee daily preparation and cooking within your section, ensuring quality and consistency Execute authentic Lucknowi / Awadhi recipes with accuracy and care Manage mise en place, service flow, and plating within your responsibility area Maintain high standards of presentation, seasoning, and portion control Uphold full food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance Monitor and maintain section stock levels, storage, and labelling Minimise waste and contribute to efficient cost control Collaborate with peers and senior chefs to refine dishes and develop new menu elements Demonstrate professionalism, precision, and pride in every service What You Bring Proven and stable experience as a Chef de Partie in high - quality or fine dining kitchens Indian food knowledge is not required Ability to manage a section independently and efficiently during busy services Excellent knife skills and understanding of classical cooking methods Good communication and teamwork, with a calm, disciplined work ethic Passion for heritage - led, quality - focused Indian cuisine Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a committed team The Package Competitive salary (DOE) including service charge 5.6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of public holidays) Daily staff meals and employee discounts Supportive and professional kitchen culture Clear career progression and structured development Opportunities for advancement into senior kitchen roles A team where values of respect, precision, and hospitality shape every service You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
