The Role:
We are currently recruiting a Fine Dining Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-regarded boutique hotel in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven chef to work with high-quality ingredients in a refined dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running your own section to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
