You will experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, thrive under pressure and enjoy a busy service environment. As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will: Work across grill and prep sections within a busy service Deliver consistent, high-quality food during high-volume periods Maintain excellent organisation and cleanliness within your section Work efficiently as part of a close-knit brigade Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are met Support the team during busy services, particularly at weekends Weekend service is particularly busy, with high cover numbers, so a strong work ethic and ability to maintain standards under pressure are essential.
