About the Job At Langosteria, the kitchen is where creativity, precision, and excellence come together to create an unforgettable culinary experience. Were looking for a Chef de Partie who combines strong technical skills, organization, and leadership to manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role is ideal for a professional who leads by example, maintains high culinary standards, and thrives in a dynamic fine dining environment. Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared according to company standards
Supervise and support Commis Chefs during preparation and service
Ensure proper mise en place and organization of the assigned station
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes throughout service
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
About You Minimum two to three years of experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role in high-end kitchens
Strong culinary techniques and knowledge of kitchen operations
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support junior team members
Attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
