The role As a chef de
partie
you will run a section in the kitchen, preparing the dishes, prep your fridge and cook in service. The dishes are of a rosette level and you will be cooking with produce of that level. This chef de

role includes all the standard chef de

duties.
Experience We are looking for a chef de
partie
from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills. You will be a chef de partie within a fresh food kitchen at the moment.
