Salary: £34,000 £38,000 (DOE) Location: Mayfair, London Hours: up to 48 per week We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join the team at SILVA , a Michelin Guide-listed, 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Mayfair. SILVA is an ingredient-focused restaurant built around seasonality, precision, and consistency. This role is suited to a chef who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a serious, well-structured kitchen. The Role Take full ownership of your section during service

Deliver consistently high standards in both execution and presentation

Maintain clean, organised and service-ready mise en place

Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth service

Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards

What Were Looking For Proven experience as a CDP in a quality-driven restaurant

Strong fundamentals and attention to detail

Professional, calm and reliable during service

Good understanding of kitchen discipline and standards
