Our client an AA rosettes restaurant ser ving Mediterranean cuisine and based in Soho is now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie . The Chef de Partie role is for an immediate start and paying a salary between £36,000 and £38,000 per year. The restaurant is closed every Sunday, Bank holidays, 4 days over Easter and 12 days over Xmas and New Year. The ideal Chef de Partie will work: 7 shifts over 3 & days and always have 3 & days off per week including Sunday. The kitchen is well organized and professionally managed, designed and equipped with the latest gadgets.
