Chef de Partie

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our award winning pub and team to work in our kitchen assisting the chef, and also cheffing shifts to include plating and serving meals for our busy pub and restaurant. Experience preferred but not essential as full training would be given.

Duties: Assisting the chef in the kitchen

Cheffing shifts Plating up meals during service Helping with deliveries Measuring ingredients Preparing vegetables and meats Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations Deep cleaning of kitchen

Teamwork, hard working, taking pride in your work, good time-keeping and being good with people.

Hourly rate negotiable between 13.00/15.00hr / dependent on experience.

Uniform and PPE provided. Job includes evenings, weekends and split shifts (and holiday cover). Share of tips scheme.

All year round position. Holiday pay. More hours available for waiting during seasonal / peak times.

Own transport essential.
