Jimmy Garcia Catering is looking for a Chef de Partie in our catering kitchen to support the preparation and delivery of outstanding office catering for our clients.
Based in ourEarlsfield production kitchen, our Event Chef de Partie will ensure excellent standards of food quality and presentation are maintained at all times. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m with the opportunity to advance into the events side of the business as well.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is: A team player with a willingness to learn and develop their skills Organised with an excellent attention to details What experience is needed: At least 2 years working at an established catering company Proven ability to assist a team A strong understanding of inventory A keen eye for detail A can do attitude and strong personal and communication skills Previouschefdepartie, or Juniorchefdepartieexperience preferred, but not essential A passion for creativity and sustainability What you get: Salary £32-35k (depending on experience and ability) Enjoy a free, delicious meal on shift 33 days holiday £600 annual Juno benefit allowance Mintago salary sacrifice Bupa healthcare A chance to be part of a fast growing and forward thinking company with room for growth What would be expected of you: Assisting with the day to day running of the prep kitchen Supporting the head chef with routine daily tasks, food orders, hygiene checks etc. Organisational skills to ensure all EHO regulations are adhered to, paperwork is up to date and safety and quality are of the highest standard.
