Serving up to 450 covers on busy days, the restaurant forms part of a successful and expanding group with two established sites and a third opening next year. We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for Spanish flavours and tapas-style cooking, eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen team. What We're Offering * £26,000-£28,000 base salary * Up to £37,000 OTE with Tronc * Accommodation assistance available * Five straight shifts per week on a rota basis * Development opportunities within a growing restaurant group Your Role * Work as a key member of a brigade of 5-6 chefs * Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard * Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef across all sections * Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation * Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish ideas * Deliver smooth service in a high-volume environment (up to 450 covers per day) About You * Proven experience as a CDP, experience in a Spanish or Mediterranean-style kitchen would be an added bonus * Strong understanding of tapas, flavour balance, and fresh ingredients * Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality * Able to work well within a small, close-knit brigade * Passionate about developing your skills and advancing your career If you're an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to join a thriving luxury Spanish restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.
