The Perks Of The Role As Chef de Partie you will receive: Top pay salary package of up to £47,000 per annum. £42,000 per year, plus service charge - est £3,500-£5,000 per annum. Weekly pay of both salary and service charge. Consistent schedule - full-time contract with 45-hour weeks and 2 days off. Closed Mondays. The Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone whos has the following skills and experience: A minimum of one years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants. Have worked in a fresh food restaurant, ideally Italian cuisine. Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail A passion for Italian cuisine and guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a polished approach. Can do attitude and team player mentality Flexibility and the ability to work split shifts, evenings and weekends as required.
