Chef de Partie
to join our small team in a busy and popular village pub and restaurant location. Hours include some split shifts, weekend shifts and varying weekly hours totaling approx. 40 hours per week. Duties includes:-
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Taking responsibility for your own section. Having the ability and flexibility to work in all kitchen sections including starters, mains and desserts. Possessing good communication skills. Being punctual. Having a good work ethic and positive attitude. Having the ability to work independently and as part of the team. Preferably having at least two years of experience in food service.
