Your role as Chef De Partie

Supporting the Head and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard, consistently and on time
Maintaining food quality, taste and presentation
Training and mentoring junior team members
Assisting with menu development and daily specials
Ensuring a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
