The Chequers Inn at Wooburn Common is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our busy Kitchen team. You will be responsible for overseeing your own section of the kitchen, providing guidance to more junior chefs and working as part of a team to ensure the very best quality food is provided to our customers.
We are offering a competitive salary with the opportunity to advance within the kitchen. You will be required to work both straight and split shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, although our rota can be fairly flexible. We require that candidates have at least 2-3 years of experience, we're looking for a senior CdP or someone looking to make the move into junior soux.
You must be able to live and work in the UK. Live-in accommodation is also available. £400-600 per month in tronc.
The Chequers Inn is an AA Rosette Hotel and Restaurant in the Buckinghamshire countryside. Located near High Wycombe, with excellent transport links into London and the South-East. We serve an eclectic mix of high-quality brasserie-style food, as well as lighter meals in both our busy restaurant and bar area.
