What You’ll Do

Work across all kitchen sections, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink.
Support the Lead Chef in delivering our Campus food strategy.
Collaborate with service and events teams to create experiences that wow.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
Drive innovation and keep up with the latest food trends.
Champion a “One Team” culture and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: SCQF Level 6 or equivalent cookery qualification.
Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within large-scale, high-end catering or fast-casual outlets.
Ability to work confidently across all kitchen sections (main kitchen, butchery, fish prep, patisserie).
Strong communication skills and IT literacy.
