With a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability and the finest locally sourced produce, they are now seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join their passionate kitchen team and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences.

£37,500 per annum package

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading, motivating and mentoring junior chefs
Showcasing creativity by contributing to menus that celebrate fresh, seasonal ingredients
Managing stock, ordering, food costs and supplier relationships effectively
Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality remain at the highest standard
