Join our growing team! 3 Chef de Parties needed to fuel our expanding staff dining operation!

With the team growing, it's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a capable chef seeking a better work-life balance while keeping up the momentum. As a Chef de Partie, you'll be part of a Staff Dining team delivering fresh food at scale. This is a Monday - Friday role (7am-3pm) with no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays, ideal for chefs seeking stability, structure.

What you'll be doing Running your own section confidently during busy breakfast and lunch services Preparing and delivering high-volume, fresh food to a high standard Supporting other sections when required and using initiative during service Working as part of a structured chef brigade within staff dining Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and time management standards

What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as a Chef de Partie Confidence working in high-volume or scalable food operations Strong food knowledge and the ability to manage your section independently Background in corporate dining is ideal, but restaurant chefs are welcome if comfortable with volume Suitable for chefs seeking progression
