Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop exciting new menu items and recipes
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, following our established menus

Keeping your station clean, organised, and fully compliant with food safety standards
Supporting your teammates during busy service to keep things running smoothly
Requirements:
Proven experience running a section independently
