Chef De Partie Salary:£35k - 40k per year Accommodation available (Live in) The venue Our retained client a Spanish-Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant is looking for a passionate chef de parti to work within a brigade of 4 chefs. Ideally you will come from 3 rosette or Michelin level background, be creative and passionate about current food trends. This is a rare opportunity to work for a talented head chef who comes from a 2-star Michelin background and become part of a well-oiled brigade. The kitchen is brand-new and has a team of 4 creative chefs who constantly create award winning dishes on a weekly changing seasonal menu. The restaurant has 20 covers per service and has an open kitchen concept and has an intimate dining experience for guests. Ideal Candidate The ideal chef de partie will have experience inMichelin-starred or equivalent high-end kitchens. Be a Calm, creative and focused chef who is up to date with the latest cooking techniques. Have a deep appreciation for Spanish-Mediterranean flavours and techniques. Strong leadership skills are preferred and the ability to thrive in a small, tight-knit team. You must have a passion for quality, consistency, and innovation.
