An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the brigade of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Surrey. This is a kitchen driven by precision, creativity, and consistency and a team culture built firmly around attitude, ambition, and professionalism.
We are also open to speaking with a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
The Role Working within a highly skilled brigade, you will take ownership of your section and contribute to delivering refined, ingredient-led dishes at Michelin level. Youll be part of a focused and supportive team where standards are high and development is constant.
What Were Looking For Experience within a minimum 2 AA Rosette standard kitchen

A stable CV showing commitment and progression

Calm and professional approach during service
