This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to further develop their skills within a well-run kitchen that values both creativity and consistency.
Duties:
Run your own section during service
Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
Work across different sections as required
Support junior members of the team
Ensure high standards of hygiene and organisation
