Job Title: Chef de Partie Location: St Albans Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role: We're currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join a well-established kitchen team based in St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to progress their career within a busy and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: ·Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard ·Supporting senior chefs during busy service periods and events ·Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with hygiene regulations ·Assisting in stock control, prep lists, and ensuring section readiness

Requirements: ·previous experience as a Chef de Partie ·Must be able to drive (location not easily accessible by public transport) - Include something about they may be working late nights too ·Weekend availability essential - shifts typically start between 7:50 AM - 9:00 AM and finish around 3:50 PM - May be later if there is an event/functions ·40-hour week over 5 days ·Flexibility for longer days during events or functions ·Strong cooking skills and a genuine passion for quality food Benefits:
