We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a highly sought-after Golf Club located in Sunningdale. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. As a Chef de Partie they will be expected to oversee and assist the Junior Chefs.

The Chef de Partie will receive: A competitive basic salary of £35,190
Annual bonus of £1900 on top
40 hrs a week average

The Person The Chef de Partie will have: Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style venue
Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best fresh, seasonal produce
A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
