A natural flair, creativity, and passion for cooking are essential in this role. Ideal candidates will have: At least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen, with exposure to various sections
A commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service
The ability to support senior chefs and contribute to the success and profitability of the department
Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and presentation standards
