Ideal candidate should have a strong background in reputable restaurants, gastro pubs, or hotels, and be able to perform at a high standard. Applicants must be highly organised, self-driven, and passionate about working with premium seasonal ingredients. The ideal Chef de Partie must be confident to work in a high volume establishment.
