About The Role & Who Were Scouting
Were on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our squad at Leicester City Football Club. As Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in working to support the catering team at our world class training ground facility. You will be a key part of the kitchen team in delivering innovative, nutritionally focused dishes that fuel the performance of our elite athletes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation and execution of diverse, balanced menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of athletes. Overseeing a specific area or section of the kitchen whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working within a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. Youll need the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. A Level 2 or higher food safety qualification is desirable along with your own transport being essential due to the remote location.
