Chef de Partie.

Youll be part of a team working in a modern kitchen with a strong team spirit.

Key Responsibilities for Chef de Partie:

Running your own section and maintaining high food and safety standards Preparing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events Supporting menu cycles, food preparation, and service Assisting with functions and occasional weekend work on a rota Covering reduced hours during school holiday periods Requirements for Chef de Partie:

NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent) Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate Enhanced DBS check (required) Passion for food and high standards Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure If this role is of interest, please apply now.
